Smart Estates is part of the Smart Group which includes Smart Charter and Smart Yachting, the largest charter and yacht sales companies in the Balearics.
The Smart Group is a local Balearic company that employs 150 personnel and was founded a decade ago by longtime Balaeric residents. Each arm of our company enjoys its own success and contributes to the growth of the others:
Smart Estates was the natural expansion of our charter and yacht sales businesses. We find that the boat clients and property clients crossover and we can offer all our clients a complete evaluation of the Mallorca real estate market. We represent many properties directly with the owners in addition to working with an extensive network of collaborators. Working in this way enables us to find the right property for the client.
The Smart Estates team is made up of a group of dynamic professionals who are passionate about property while offering impeccable client services. Born in Mallorca, Javier brings over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry. Having successfully managed real estate ventures in both Spain and Miami, he now applies his global expertise to Smart Estates Mallorca. Javier believes that truly understanding each client’s needs is key to finding the ideal property that aligns with their interests. He is a certified real estate broker, having trained and passed professional exams at the prestigious FEI international business school.

Having set up successful businesses in the UK, Tim has resided in Ibiza for over 10 years, previously working for Sotheby’s International. Travelling between Ibiza and Mallorca he offers a dedicated service to find the best homes in the Balearics. Having also built several villas, he passes on first hand advice to anyone looking to invest / construct their dream home. Tim is a certified real estate broker, having trained and passed exams at the FEI international business school.

Born in Stuttgart, Germany, & now calling Mallorca home, Caroline brings deep knowledge & connections in real estate. She’s an active member of the German “Business de Baleares” club.
